Which should I buy — a plate, a card, a sign or a tag?

Go by where the tap happens. A plate sits on your counter and works on everyone who comes to it. A card gets handed over, so it travels — delivery, mobile services, bill folders. A sign reaches people who never make it to your counter at all. A tag is the bare chip in bulk, for every table, room or van at once. Most single-location businesses start with a plate.

Do I need one per location or one per till?

One per till. A plate only works on the customer standing in front of it, so three checkout points want three plates — a single one collects roughly a third of what it could. Each location also wants its own, pointed at its own Google listing, so reviews land on the right branch instead of pooling on one.

Is there a subscription on any of this?
