NFC Google Review Stands
A Google review stand is a weighted metal plate that sits on your counter. Customers tap their phone or scan the QR code on its face, and your Google review page opens in under three seconds. No app for them, no monthly fee for you.

Choose your stand
Every stand does the same thing — opens your Google review page in one tap. The difference is the finish on your counter, and whether the AI writes the review for your customer.
Our flagship finish — the piece people notice before they read it.
The gold plate, plus an AI that writes the review so nobody freezes at a blank box.
Real metal in a cool mirror polish. Fits any brand, any counter.
Same steel build, with AI-written reviews ready for the customer to post.
The lightweight way to test a review stand — or cover a second station.
Side by side
Same hardware inside every plate. Pick on finish, budget, and whether you want AI-assisted reviews.

Why a stand works
Reviews are lost to friction, not indifference. Finding your listing and tapping through to the review box takes five steps. A stand takes one — and it asks every customer, without your staff having to.
Setup
Your stand arrives pre-programmed to your Google listing. Nothing to install, no account to create — working in about two minutes.
It opens your setup page in your phone's browser. Nothing to download.
Don't have it handy? Type your business name and we'll find the right link for you.
Customers tap their phone or scan the code, and your review page opens straight away.
Built for counters
Loved by business owners
“We went from begging for reviews to watching them roll in. The gold plate sits by the register and customers just tap it.”
“Doubled our Google reviews in six weeks. It looks expensive — exactly the impression we want to give.”
“Setup took five minutes. Now reviews happen on their own. Best money I've spent on the business.”
Pick the finish that suits your counter. Every stand arrives programmed to your Google listing and works the moment it's out of the box.

Open any question below — what a review stand is, how it works, and which one belongs on your counter.
A Google review stand is a small display that sits on a counter and carries a programmable link to your business's Google review page. Customers reach it two ways: they hold a phone near it and NFC opens the page, or they point a camera at the QR code and get the same result.
You'll also see these sold as review plates. Same object — we call ours plates because they're solid metal rather than a printed card in a plastic holder, and each one arrives with its stand attached. A review stand and a review plate are the same thing on your counter.
What separates a stand from a card or a sticker is that it stays put. Nobody has to remember to hand it over. It's in front of every customer who pays, checks in, or waits for their order, whether your team is having a good day or a busy one.
There's nothing to charge, nothing to pair and nothing running in the background. The chip is passive — it draws its power from the phone reading it — so a stand bought today works identically in five years.
Every stand we make does both, so this isn't really a choice you have to get right. But they behave differently, and knowing which one your customers will reach for tells you where to put the stand.
NFC is faster and closer. A tap needs the phone within a few centimetres. It's ideal at a payment counter or reception desk where the customer is already standing over it. No camera app, no focusing, no aiming.
QR works at distance. A Google review QR code stand can be read from a metre or more away, which matters at a host stand, a waiting area, a drive-thru window, or anywhere a customer isn't leaning in. It also covers older phones and anyone who'd rather not touch a shared surface.
In practice, most businesses see both used — NFC by younger customers who already tap to pay, QR by everyone else. If you want to test the destination before committing, our free Google review QR code generator will build the link for you at no cost.
All the stands carry the same chip and open the same page. The differences are what the stand is made of, how it reads across a counter, and whether you want the AI review screen.

The AI-assisted stands add a step before Google: the customer picks a star rating on a smart screen, an AI drafts a review in their own words, and one tap copies it and opens Google to post. It exists because a blank review box is where most reviews die — people mean to write something, can't think how to start, and close the tab.
If you're outfitting several locations, the acrylic is the cheapest way to cover every counter, and metal stands can go at the ones customers see first. Any stand can be custom-branded with your logo and colours for $30.
Placement does more for review volume than material does. A few things we've learned from customers:
A stand is stationary and passive: it works on every customer who comes to your counter, without anyone having to do anything. A Google review card is pocket-sized and active: someone on your team has to hand it over, but it goes places a counter can't — into a bill folder, a delivery bag, a stylist's apron, a tradesperson's van.
Most businesses with a fixed counter should start with a stand. Mobile services, delivery, and anyone whose customer never stands still should start with cards. Businesses with both a counter and a team that goes out to customers usually end up running both: a stand at the till and cards in the field.
Good to know
No. NFC is built into the phone — they hold it near the stand and a notification opens your Google review page. Anyone whose phone doesn't read NFC scans the QR code on the front instead. Nothing to download either way.
Yes. iPhone 7 and later read NFC tags straight from the lock screen, and effectively every Android phone from the last several years does the same. The QR code covers everything else.
Yes. You paste in your own Google review URL, so customers land on your listing rather than a search result or the wrong branch. Multi-location businesses can set each stand to a different location.
As often as you like, free, for the life of the stand. Point it at Google now, a seasonal menu or booking page later.
The Steel Plate at $60 is the one most businesses land on — real surgical steel, reads well on any counter. Go gold if the counter is part of the impression you're selling, acrylic if you're covering several locations cheaply, and AI-assisted if your problem is customers who open the review box and don't write anything.
The metal stands are weighted specifically so a tap doesn't shift them — that's most of why they're made from solid steel rather than plastic. The acrylic is lighter, so it's better on a shelf than at a busy register.
No. A stand is a one-time purchase. No subscription, no per-scan charge, no dashboard to renew.
Yes — we hand-finish stands in your colours with your logo for $30 per design, and our team builds it with you after you order.
