Do my customers need an app?
No. NFC tap and QR scan both work on any modern phone with nothing to download. They go straight to your Google page.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. NFC tap works on iPhones and Android phones from the last several years. Anyone with an older phone can simply scan the QR code instead.
Can I point it to my own Google listing?
Absolutely. Each plate sends reviewers to your specific Google review page, and you can update the link anytime.
