30-day money-back guarantee
You may return standard plates within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in original, resellable condition.
How to start a return
Email support@thestarcompany.co with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.
Custom & personalized items
Custom-branded plates and the Custom Branding & Design service are made to order and are non-refundable, except when defective or damaged.
Damaged or wrong items
If your plate arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@thestarcompany.co within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
