Delete your account in The Star Company app
You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time, directly inside the app:
- Open The Star Company app and sign in
- Open the Health tab and tap the account icon (top right)
- Tap Delete my account and confirm
Deletion takes effect immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (email address)
- Your connected Google Business listing and business profile
- Your health-score history, alerts, and app preferences
What we keep
- Shopify order records (order history, invoices) are retained as required for legal, tax, and warranty purposes
Prefer to request deletion by email? Write to support@thestarcompany.co from your account email and we will process it within 30 days.
